The position leads digital design for owned channels and campaigns, coordinating with kitchens, vendors, and internal creatives to deliver engaging content for McCormick’s brands.

The role requires 7+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, and demonstrated ability to mentor teams while maintaining brand identity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent degree
• 7+ years in art directing culinary content, managing creatives, and overseeing digital design projects
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
• Mentor and manage junior creatives
• Experience communicating creative direction
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration in fast-paced environments
• Maintain brand identity while innovating; portfolio link required

Responsibilities

• Consults with internal business and campaign leaders to develop, design and lead digital design initiatives.
• Lead the digital design process from concept to production and trafficking.
• Lead a team of graphic designers to ensure content is on-brand, on-brief and visually appealing; supervise internal artists.
• Devise and monitor process improvements for fast, efficient content production without sacrificing quality.
• Ensure compliance with strategic marketing objectives.
• Art direct shoots with food stylists, photographers, and videographers for on-brand footage.
• Coach junior designers to take on more responsibility.
• Recommend technology improvements to aid graphics production (HTML5 display software).
• Coordinate with design agencies and consultants including briefs, proposals, quotes, and scope feedback.
