Job summary

World Bank in Washington, DC seeks a Product Owner to shape AI-enabled corporate solutions. You will translate vision into a clear product strategy and manage the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Collaborating with stakeholders across ITS and business functions, you will define success metrics, prioritize investments, and ensure secure, scalable, and user-centered outcomes that advance the World Bank’s priorities.

Qualifications

• Strategic product leadership to turn priorities into a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Ability to uncover user needs and redesign end-to-end processes.
• Confidence with AI-enabled solutions and iterative delivery.
• Ability to prioritise, decide, and deliver high-quality results in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Define, champion, and evolve the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and value proposition.
• Lead continuous discovery with staff and business units to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Own priorities, backlog, and translate strategy into requirements and releases.
• Lead iterative delivery from discovery to launch with MVPs and user testing.
• Partner across business and ITS teams to ensure secure, interoperable, scalable solutions.
• Define success measures, monitor adoption, and drive continuous improvement.
