Job summary

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of cross-portfolio In-vitro Diagnostics (IVD) solutions.
• International market expertise within the IVD sector.
• Field-based customer experience within pathology diagnostics industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute the global strategic roadmap for a diagnostic portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Quality) for product enhancements.
• Provide strategic direction to 55 Regional Marketing and Sales Managers.
• Direct the international marketing budget of $9–$12 million.
• Lead global launches and promotions for new and existing IVD platforms.
• Monitor customer requirements and platform performance to justify specs.
