Job summary

Roche Tissue Diagnostics in Tucson, AZ seeks an International Business Leader to drive the vision, strategy and road maps for the pathology portfolio. You will coordinate with affiliates and stakeholders to prepare markets, manage launches and maximize commercialization potential while guiding partnerships and supplier relations.

The role requires deep diagnostics market knowledge, leadership in matrix environments, and strong customer-focused execution across sales, marketing and finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences is required.
• 8 years of related business experience.
• 5 years of Diagnostic sales and/or marketing experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a local, regional, or global matrix organization.
• Deep understanding of the diagnostics market, product landscapes, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of International Product Managers and develops the long-term vision, strategy and road maps.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure market preparation, launches and commercialization of product portfolios.
• Accountable for marketing strategy, pricing, and launches across the business.
