Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building and leading high performing diverse DevOps teams, as DevOps manager or Software Development Manager.
• 5-15 years of experience in a DevOps role, including performance tuning, upgrades, patches, and CI/CD tooling.
• 3 years of Docker or similar, 2 years of Kubernetes or similar.
• Experience with monitoring stacks (ELK, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global DevOps team and assign tasks while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Oversee platform deployment and technical operations for o9 platform.
• Collaborate with customers to manage deployment, maintenance, and support needs.
• Promote DevOps strategies and implement automation across deployments.
