Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for our Device portfolio. You will collaborate with engineering, supply chain, marketing, sales and finance to deliver differentiated value to customers.
The role spans strategic to tactical work, leading cross‑functional teams from concept to launch, while defining the what, why, where, and when of each product release. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with comprehensive U.S.

The Devices Product Management team has end-to-end ownership of the product definition, planning, delivery and sunset of the entire product portfolio. The product managers work with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, marketing and sales for the definition and on time delivery of the product. The team is responsible for the overall product requirements, value proposition, KSPs, metrics, business case and market launch of the product.
The product manager will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for Motorola's Device portfolio including interfacing with engineering, supply chain, marketing, sales and finance. The product manager analyzes market and competitive conditions and lays out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands. The role of the product manager spans many activities from strategic to tactical and provides cross-functional leadership — bridging gaps within the company between different functions, especially between development, sales and marketing, and support. The product manager is the person responsible for defining the ‘why’, ‘what,’ ‘where’, and ‘when’ of the product that the development team will build. They are the owner of their product — which means they lead cross‑functional teams from a product's conception through to its launch.
