Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Developer Community Manager for the North America region to build and activate local ecosystems among AI builders, engineers, and founders. This high-ownership, execution-heavy role makes you the face of Nebius in your region, collaborating with developers, partners, and regional teams.

You will plan events, run ambassador programs, grow a trusted local presence, and feed insights back to product, marketing, and leadership to shape Nebius’ developer strategy globally.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in community, developer marketing, events, or ecosystem roles.
• Strong understanding of developer audiences (AI/ML, infra, or adjacent preferred).
• Proven experience running ambassador and/or grassroots community programs.

Responsibilities

• Local Community Activation: build/grow high-quality local developer communities and establish Nebius as a trusted local presence.
• Events & Programs: plan/execute meetups, workshops, hackathons, and partner with local ecosystems.
• Fellows & Ambassador Programs: recruit and support Nebius Fellows and Ambassadors; enable events and content creation.
• Builder Engagement: build relationships with top developers; engage online communities.
• Build Repeatable Programs: turn events into scalable, playbooks and cohorts.
• Feedback Loop - Product & GTM: bring community insights back to product/marketing/leadership.
