Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Demand/Supply/Production Planning, Capacity Leveling, PLM, Logistics and Inventory Control.
• Experience coordinating multi-discipline activities in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated cross-functional engagement with Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, Quality, etc.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts affecting strategy.
• Advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a go-to planning expert, guiding teammates on complex issues.
• Lead cross-functional supply chain projects from planning through execution.
• Align global supply, operational, market, and financial requirements with manufacturing capabilities.
• Lead customer service communications for assigned product portfolios.
• Monitor production attainment and communicate supply constraints and risks.
• Monitor capacity and collaborate with teams to resolve constraints.
• Partner with demand planners to mitigate service, inventory, and cost risks.
• Develop global inventory allocation and production prioritization strategies.
• Lead backorder reporting, root-cause analysis, mitigation, and updates.
• Define and maintain safety stock targets.
• Provide finished-goods availability dates to Commercial teams.
• Analyze inventory performance and risk of obsolescence.
• Plan inventory allocation for global regulatory builds.
• Support SKU rationalization and lifecycle initiatives.
• Manage product phase-outs to minimize obsolete inventory.
• Lead supply planning for new product launches and stocking strategies.
• Perform advanced analysis for issue resolution and financial evaluation.
