Job summary

DuPont Water Solutions is seeking a Global Demand Manager to lead the global forecasting process within IBP, partnering with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance. The role oversees the Global Demand Planning team and drives alignment, governance, and performance across regions.

The position leads monthly reviews, develops 24-month plans from multiple data sources, and coaches regional planners to improve forecast accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, marketing, operations, or related field.
• Significant experience in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP/IBP, or related discipline.
• Expertise in statistical forecasting, consensus planning, and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly global demand forecasting process with cross-functional alignment.
• Develop a 24-month unconstrained demand plan using multiple data sources.
• Coach regional planners and drive performance reviews and governance.
• Facilitate Global Demand Reviews and IBP decision-making.
• Drive forecast accuracy, bias reduction, and action-driven gap closure.
