Job summary

EXALTA is seeking a Global Demand Planner to develop and maintain a robust global demand planning process supporting the SIOP program. You will consolidate inputs from Sales, Marketing, and site supply chain teams to reflect demand across legacy products and NPIs.

Reporting to the SIOP Director, the role is based in the USA (Kenosha WI preferred) and involves leading monthly cycles, ensuring ERP data integrity, and collaborating with key customers and internal stakeholders to improve demand

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, preferably in med device / discrete manufacturing
• Familiarity with NPIs and cross-functional product launches
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced planning tools
• Strong Excel skills and data visualization abilities
• Native English; French a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly demand planning cycle with input from Sales, Marketing, and site leaders
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to ensure visibility of customer demand
• Validate inputs and ensure demand signals are reflected in planning systems
• Develop and maintain demand plans for NPIs and legacy products
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and process efficiency
• Prepare and present demand trends to SIOP meetings
