Job summary

EXALTA seeks a Global Demand Planner to develop and maintain a reliable global demand planning process supporting the SIOP process. You will consolidate inputs from Sales, Marketing, sites, and through collaborative demand planning with key customers, driving alignment with supply capabilities.

You will lead the monthly planning cycle, ensure ERP master data integrity with site leaders, and foster demand visibility, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction, reporting to the SIOP Director.

Qualifications

• BSBA in business/related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of demand planning experience in med device or discrete manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SIOP/IBP concepts and supply chain planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly demand planning cycle with cross-functional input.
• Collaborate with KAMs and sales, ensuring demand signals align with supply.
• Maintain ERP master data and drive planning system accuracy.
• Develop and maintain NPIs demand plans and product lifecycles.
• Present demand trends, risks, and opportunities in SIOP meetings.
