Job summary

Aston Carter seeks an International Demand Planner to support end-to-end inventory and order management in a dynamic distribution environment. You will focus on imports, PO management, replenishment, and ERP transactions to ensure product availability and efficient operations.

You will collaborate with vendors, freight forwarders, and cross-functional teams to align supply with demand trends, while leveraging Power BI and advanced Excel for data analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in a distribution or similar environment.
• Strong vendor management and communication skills.
• Experience with international shipments and inbound logistics.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory levels and determine PO release quantities.
• Align PO releases with demand trends and forecasts.
• Maintain PO data from creation to receipt in ERP.
• Monitor open POs and address delays to protect supply continuity.
• Coordinate with vendors on availability, lead times, and readiness.
• Track vendor delivery commitments and follow up to keep orders on schedule.
• Assist in vendor onboarding and FTZ documentation.
