Job summary

Talkdesk, Inc. seeks a visionary executive to define and execute a global customer delivery strategy, leading a multi-department delivery organization across Professional Services, Agentic Delivery, Forward Deployed teams, and more.

The role reports to the Chief Product, Technology & Customer Officer and focuses on AI-driven delivery and enterprise outcomes. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in global SaaS delivery leadership, with strong executive presence and the ability to align product,

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in professional services within global SaaS or cloud enterprise environments.
5+ years in a senior executive role (VP or SVP).
Executive presence with ability to translate complex concepts for enterprise executives.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a global customer delivery strategy across Talkdesk’s delivery organization.
Lead cross-functional teams including Global Professional Services, Agentic Delivery, Forward Deployed teams, and other delivery capabilities.
Partner with Product and Engineering to translate deployment insights into actionable roadmaps.
Drive enterprise ROI, adoption, and measurable customer outcomes while scaling AI-enabled delivery.
