Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (not just in major).
• Enrolled student status at a US accredited four-year college or university.
• Completed at least 30 credit hours by time of application.
• Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
• Transfer students must have GPA from current university.
• Must attach a copy of unofficial transcript.
• Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
• Work term dates: January 11th – May 14th, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite supplier logistics production to assure lineside delivery performance.
• Contribute to KPI reporting and status reports using 8D and FMEA.
• Analyze 8D/FMEA data to derive concrete solutions for main contributors.
• Develop i-Learn classes and track training completion.
• Report KPI using SAP, SQL, Power BI; run weekly and daily reports.
• Maintain electronic team board as key user.
• Audit rack cleanliness weekly with GEMBA walks and document non-conformances.
• Support zero-defect supply chain projects with KPI reporting and 8D/FMEA.
• Standardize daily LQS activities for supplier communication and system updates.
