Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-task orders for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, including Indonesia-focused initiatives. You will ensure compliant execution, safety, quality, cost, and schedule while coordinating globally dispersed teams across engineering, procurement, and construction disciplines.

The role requires managing complex international programs, strong communication with government clients, and travel as needed to execute projects.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent and eight years of related experience.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary international projects with engineering, procurement, or construction.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and complex workstreams.
• Knowledge of project controls, scheduling, cost control, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project management and accountability for defense task orders from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and maintain execution plans, baselines, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk registers.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, and quality across teams.
• Lead subcontractor and supplier execution, including tendering and closeout.
• Monitor cost and schedule performance, forecast, and implement corrective actions.
• Support international planning, staffing, and stakeholder communications.
