Job summary

Fluor is seeking a Project Manager to lead multinational task orders for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and partners. The role oversees Indonesia assignments, integrates engineering, procurement, and construction activities, and ensures cost, schedule, safety, and quality objectives are met across dispersed teams.

The ideal candidate has a four-year degree and substantial experience in international programs, with ability to travel and manage complex contracts and stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, project management, or a related field and extensive related experience.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary international projects involving engineering, procurement, construction or construction management, logistics, technical services, or similar delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, task orders, or complex workstreams.
• Knowledge of project controls, including scheduling, cost control, forecasting, progress measurement, WBS, risk management, estimating, and change control.
• Knowledge of prime contract and subcontract management.
• Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally to support project execution.
• Ability to work across different cultures and operating environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project management and accountability for assigned defense task orders from initiation through execution, transition, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, baselines, schedules, budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, risk registers, and reporting.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, locations, subcontractors, and functional organizations.
• Ensure compliance with prime contract, task orders, governance, and baselines.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, training, controls, contracts, finance, quality, and HSE.
• Manage cost and schedule performance, forecasts, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
