Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study.
• At least 8 years of training and/or event management experience.
• Experience working on U.S. Government programs, preferably international/overseas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and integrate training activities across multiple projects and workstreams to meet WBS deadlines.
• Develop, maintain, and organize curricula and instructional materials.
• Ensure alignment between assessments, training content, and delivered activities.
• Provide oversight of training-related deliverables, schedules, and review cycles.
• Coordinate with instructors, SMEs, subcontractors, and project teams as required.
• Assist with evaluation of training activities and incorporation of lessons learned.
• Support compliance with applicable U.S. Government requirements and internal procedures.
