ITC Defense in Lexington Park, MD is seeking a Project Officer to provide senior-level support to NAVAIR International Program Managers and APML. The role acts as a key integrator across complex aviation and defense initiatives, coordinating government, industry, and stakeholders to keep programs aligned through lifecycle.

The position requires DoD security clearance, a advanced degree and substantial experience in foreign military sales, logistics and program management, with proficiency in

• Active or Interim DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain/maintain.
• Master’s degree with 10+ years (or Bachelor’s with 14+ years) in FMS, logistics or program management.
• Experience supporting complex defense/aviation programs, preferably DoD or NAVAIR.
• Proficiency analyzing program data to support decisions.
• Strong coordination with government, contractors and international partners.
• Ability to develop and manage program documentation and reports.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and ensure the successful execution of all tasks within assigned projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of ~15 employees.
• Support international programs by coordinating IPS elements and logistics.
• Ensure timely submission of all CDRL items.
• Design dashboards and workflows (Excel, SharePoint) to improve data integrity and decision making.
• Document processes and maintain current program data.
