Job summary

ITC Defense in Lexington Park, MD is seeking an Aviation Logistics Planner to support NAVAIR international aviation programs, including FMS and Security Cooperation efforts throughout the program lifecycle.

The role requires a DoD security clearance, a Master’s degree, and 10+ years of relevant experience in FMS, logistics, or program management. Responsibilities include life cycle logistics, maintenance planning, and program reviews, with CONUS/OCONUS travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret or Interim Secret clearance.
• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze complex logistics and develop clear recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and with government personnel and program teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses to support aircraft, weapon systems, training systems, and SE programs.
• Analyze logistics requirements and provide recommendations related to maintenance planning, provisioning, and transport.
• Support Life Cycle Cost and Total Ownership Cost plans and logistics strategies.
• Review Maintenance Plans, LSA records, and Level of Repair analyses.
• Track milestones and logistics requirements through program documentation.
• Support FMS and Security Cooperation case development and related activities.
