Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Legal Counsel-International to support its global government and commercial engagements. You will guide international proposals, review contracts, and negotiate terms across license, hardware, and services agreements, while ensuring ITAR/EAR compliance and coordination with the Global Defense team.

The role emphasizes ownership of complex international transactions, working with foreign ministries and defense clients, and traveling monthly to APAC and the Americas

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work on international commercial contracting and/or international government/defense contracts.
• Ability to structure and negotiate cross-border agreements including governing law, dispute resolution and Incoterms.
• CA-licensed or eligible to register as in-house counsel under California Rules of Court; US citizenship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal review and guidance on proposals, procurement, contracting strategies, and program execution for Anduril's international divisions.
• Lead redlining and negotiations of international terms and conditions across master agreements, licenses, hardware and services.
• Advise on ITAR/EAR, sanctions, and compliance, coordinating with Global Defense and Trade Compliance teams.
