Job summary

EY is seeking a Deal Lead (Director rank) to spearhead the most strategic and largest pursuits across the Super Region portfolio. You will lead pursuit strategy, pricing, and commercials, mobilizing the right team and resources to position EY's win-win value proposition for client opportunities.

You will collaborate with Client Service Partners and senior leadership, driving pursuit momentum, governance, and knowledge transfer to delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, strategic pursuits across business or IT transformations.
• Strong business acumen with ability to position EY value propositions.
• Proven leadership in multi-stakeholder pursuit environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and execution of pursuits with win strategy.
• Mobilize Pursuit Team and cross-functional resources for opportunities.
• Engage EY senior leadership and stakeholders to align on value and terms.
• Coach and mentor pursuit team members to elevate performance.
• Drive momentum, ensuring timely deliverables and robust deal narratives.
• Conduct win/loss reviews to improve future pursuits.
