Job summary

EY is seeking a Deal Lead (Director level) to steer the most strategic, large-scale pursuits in the US Super Region. You will lead pursuit design, strategy, and pricing with a bias for action, mobilizing the right team and coordinating with Client Service Partners and EY leadership to position compelling client value and win-win terms.

You will mentor pursuit teams, drive momentum, and ensure deliverables align with firm strategy while continuously optimizing the pursuit process and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex pursuits, including business and IT transformations.
