Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex deal pursuits across diverse industries.
• Strong ability to design and articulate win strategies, pricing and commercial terms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across senior leadership and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and execution of pursuits to win large contracts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across EY to ensure pursuit readiness and quality.
• Coach and mentor pursuit team members; drive Gold Standard Pursuit Process (GSPP).
• Engage senior EY leadership, articulate win themes, client value, deal economics and risks.
• Provide ongoing insights to leadership on pursuit status and next steps.
