Job summary

Apple Inc. in Cupertino, CA is seeking a Manager, DCM Localization Project Management to lead a team responsible for delivering linguistically accurate content across Apple Online Stores, Apple Store App, and related platforms globally.

The role oversees localization operations, budgets, and capacity planning, driving scalable workflows and ensuring quality controls with cross-functional partners across Europe, India, and Asia-Pacific.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of working in content management for e-commerce and/or digital marketing experiences with 5+ years focused on Localization.
• 5+ years managing individual contributors and developing high performing teams.
• Expertise in managing large-scale, international digital content execution with detailed knowledge of Globalization and Localization best-in-class requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Localization People Managers and Project Managers to scale the launch and maintenance of Apple online stores globally.
• Develop team objectives and workflow improvement plans that ensure scalability and long term excellence in delivering a flawless digital customer experience globally.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal partners across Retail, Marcom, Engineering and other teams to coordinate roadmaps.
