  • Keep data accurate and controlled
  • Set clear data-quality standards, validation rules, reconciliation controls and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate validation and formal sign-off with regional People & Culture, Payroll, Finance and business data owners.
  • Reconcile employee and payroll data to source systems, payroll outputs and agreed control totals.
  • Maintain a clear audit trail of changes, rules, approvals, exceptions and remediation decisions.
  • Connect data decisions to the wider solution
  • Explain how data decisions affect Dayforce configuration, workflows, security, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce
Management and reporting.
  • Work with Dayforce specialists to diagnose and resolve data, configuration and dependency issues.
  • Identify downstream payroll, reporting, compliance and operational risks, then recommend practical alternatives.
Deliver regional readiness and cutover
  • Lead mapping, validation and readiness workshops across regions and time zones.
  • Support mock conversions, user acceptance testing, payroll parallel runs, cutover, final data loads and post-go-live reconciliation.
  • Provide clear reporting on readiness, issues, dependencies, risks and decisions for each rollout wave.
  • Build sustainable ways of working
  • Handle sensitive employee and payroll data securely and in line with data-protection requirements and TTC policies.
  • Create reusable global data standards, mapping documents, templates and controls.
  • Transfer knowledge and ownership to People Data, Payroll and HRIS teams before the contract concludes.
About You
  • Clear communicator who can turn technical requirements into straightforward business language.
  • Collaborative and confident working across regional teams, functions, senior stakeholders and external specialists.
  • Analytical problem-solver who can identify root causes and build practical solutions.
  • Highly organised, with strong ownership of milestones, risks, dependencies and outcomes.
  • Detail-focused and committed to robust data controls and high-quality delivery.
  • Comfortable working independently and balancing competing deadlines across time zones.
Your Experience
  • Significant hands-on experience leading data migration within a Dayforce implementation or multi-region rollout.
  • Strong knowledge of Dayforce data structures, data-load templates, imports and organisational data.
  • Proven experience preparing, loading, validating and reconciling Dayforce data templates.
  • Experience supporting Dayforce Payroll, Benefits and/or Workforce Management implementation.
  • Experience mapping data from legacy HR, payroll or workforce systems into Dayforce.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex lookups, transformation, validation and reconciliation of large datasets.
