Job summary

ByteDance seeks a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead global recruitment strategies, focusing on non-R&D needs and high-touch candidate experience. You will partner with business leaders across geographies, define SLAs, and ensure compliant, efficient recruitment processes worldwide.

You will mentor the global recruiting team, drive process improvements, and help scale our data-driven talent strategies to support ByteDance's diverse product suite.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-house or agency recruitment background.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand non-R&D hiring needs, partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies in different geographies.
• Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
• Develop service level agreements (SLAs) and other best practices to improve processes and increase recruitment output.
• Work with country and business unit leaders as well as the operation teams to understand relevant laws as well as manage and oversee the recruitment lifecycle globally for all ByteDance candidates to ensure great candidate experience.
• Manage, coach and mentor members of the global recruiting team.
