Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead its global BI practice and shape how decisions are made across the organization. You will work directly with senior leadership, turning strategy into action and owning critical data warehousing and reporting capabilities.

You will manage IT infrastructure and BI environments, drive continuous improvement, and travel up to 10% while collaborating with teams worldwide from Hoffman Estates, Illinois.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of IT experience with BI and enterprise reporting environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft BI, SSRS, and Cognos preferred.
• Strong customer focus, communication, teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IT architecture and technologies support global business needs and goals.
• Collaborate across the organization to identify infrastructure needs and deliver measurable results on time and within budget.
• Understand complex organizational challenges and adapt priorities and solutions as needed.
• Foster trust, collaboration, accountability and open communications; lead the IT team with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Provide guidance on selection, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of IT infrastructure and related solutions; participate in technology contract negotiations.
• Provide senior leadership with regular reports on information systems, performance and costs.
