Job summary

CPM Holdings, Inc is seeking a strategic Data & BI Manager to advance data insights, visualization, and predictive analytics across global operations. This hands-on leader will shape data architecture, governance, and tool selection while guiding a high‑performing analytics team.

You will collaborate with IT, Finance and Ops to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions and foster a data‑driven culture, including AI-enabled capabilities for planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, MIS or related field; 7–10 years in data/analytics roles.
• Proven leadership experience managing data/analytics teams in a global environment.
• Strong background in data modeling, BI, and analytics delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead data architecture, governance, and reporting standards across ERP/CRM/financial systems.
• Oversee BI/AI tool strategy and enterprise data platforms to enable self-service analytics.
• Mentor a data and analytics team and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Translate business needs into scalable data solutions for global reporting and forecasting.
