Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Data Security Architect to lead the strategy, design and implementation of global data-security programs across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will partner with Legal, HR and IT to build controls that protect sensitive information and support regulatory obligations. In this office-based role, based in Yardley, PA or Wantage (UK), you will mentor the Global Security Team, define data-security standards, and drive improvements with a zero-trust mindset across

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on information security, security engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years designing and managing enterprise-scale Data Loss Prevention and data-security capabilities.
• Experience implementing and tuning DLP across endpoints, email, cloud, and file sharing.
• Knowledge of data discovery, data classification, labeling, encryption, and information protection.
• Proven ability to reduce data-security risk by remediating misconfigurations and risky sharing.
• Experience defining security standards, policies, and governing processes for large enterprises.
• Working knowledge of MS 365, Entra ID, Windows, SharePoint, SQL, and Azure.
• Excellent communication and leadership; capable of mentoring teams.
• Familiarity with GDPR and regional privacy obligations.

Responsibilities

• Define global data-security roadmap and policies.
• Lead design and implementation of data-security controls.
• Identify gaps and coordinate remediation with minimal impact.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, IT and business units on compliance.
