Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Data Security Architect to lead global data-security programs across on-prem and cloud environments. You will design, implement, and optimize DLP and data-protection controls while aligning with privacy and regulatory obligations.

The role requires collaboration with Legal, IT, and regional teams, guiding architecture, policy, and operational processes to reduce data exposure and strengthen Crown’s security posture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in information security, architecture, or related field.
• 3+ years designing/operating enterprise DLP and data-security capabilities.
• Experience with data discovery, classification, encryption, and secure data sharing.

Responsibilities

• Define global data-security roadmap and architecture.
• Lead implementation of DLP, data discovery, and data protection controls.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, and IT to reduce data exfiltration risk.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor security teams.
