Citi in New York is seeking a Senior Director - Global Data Quality & Analytics to lead enterprise data governance, quality, and reporting at global scale. This role partners with senior leaders to embed data policy and KPI/KRI architectures across lines of business.

You will manage globally distributed teams, oversee budgeting, and ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and strategic data initiatives.

Competenze

• 15+ years in Banking/Finance, leading large-scale Data Quality and Reporting programs.
• Experience establishing data governance frameworks and data lineage initiatives.
• Direct regulatory interaction with financial authorities (e.g., FRB, OCC, PRA, MAS, ECB).
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage change.

• Direct executive and board-level reporting with Internal Audit interfaces.
