Job summary

FreeBalance seeks a Technical Services Consultant (Data Migration) to implement ERP solutions and enable PFM reform initiatives. You'll design, develop, test, and deploy the FreeBalance GRP while integrating data exchange with external systems and providing expert support to governments.

You will work with banks, government agencies, and financial institutions, leveraging your data migration and integration skills, and supporting BI reporting and performance tuning across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional IT experience including technical consulting, implementation, or ERP support.
• Experience in ERP implementation and system integration using SOAP/REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize web services based on project requirements.
• Perform web service integration using SOAP and REST standards.
• Develop and optimize BI reports and dashboards (BIRT/Jasper/Power BI).
• Design ANSI SQL queries for multiple databases.
• Support deployment and performance of Apache Tomcat.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to in‑country teams.
• Collaborate with Sales/Pre‑Sales for technical insights on projects.
