Job summary

Fiskal is seeking an ERP Consultant / Financial Systems Specialist to implement and optimize financial and operational software for clients. You will work with experienced professionals to map integrations, train users, and ensure data integrity across systems.

You will analyze business processes, develop custom reports, and drive improvements that increase efficiency and scalability. A proactive learner with a knack for client interaction is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Open to exceptional recent graduates with aptitude for this work.
• Solid foundation in Accounting, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Engineering is a plus.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience.
• Ability to document complex processes clearly.
• Proactive learning attitude; experience with cloud-based platforms (Xero, CIN7, Odoo, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Excellent project management and ability to deliver on timelines.

Responsibilities

• System Implementation: End-to-end implementation; evaluate client systems, map integrations, prepare data, ensure smooth transitions.
• Client Consultation & Training: Advise clients on fit, provide training and user support for adoption.
• Systems Analysis: Analyze client processes; identify gaps and improvement opportunities; recommend enhancements.
• Data Management & Integrity: Ensure data accuracy across systems; monitor data flows and troubleshoot issues.
• Custom Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards and reports to show financial and operational health.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies; stay updated with tools and updates to improve efficiency.
• Continuous Learning: Keep pace with cloud-based financial/operational software; share insights with clients and team.
