Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction, Real Estate Development, or capital project consulting.
• 5+ years in construction project controls or program controls, including forecasting and financial reporting.
• Experience with executive level reporting and presentations including mastery in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Experience leading highly complex programs and initiatives within a matrixed organization from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and implementation of critical global project controls initiatives and cross-functional partnerships.
• Lead deliverable efforts for Quarter-Close, Capacity Planning, Long-Range Planning, and Budgeting with reporting to partners.
• Provide programmatic analytics for cost, schedule, change, and risk with leadership insights.
• Manage communication of project controls health with leaders and key stakeholders.
• Oversee tooling, process improvements, and automation opportunities; mentor team members.
• Travel ~25% as required.
