Job summary
Meta in Honolulu, Hawaii seeks a seasoned Program Controls Lead to drive the global project controls program, oversee critical close and planning cycles, and deliver analytics for leadership. You will partner with Site PM, Engineering, Finance, and Contracts while guiding tooling improvements and staff development.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in construction, real estate development, or capital project consulting
- 5+ years in construction/project controls with forecasting and financial reporting
- Experience presenting to executives; synthesize large data into insights
- Experience leading complex programs in a matrix organization
Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of project controls initiatives across global teams
- Oversee Quarter-Close, Capacity Planning, Long-Range Planning, and Budget processes
- Provide analytics for cost, schedule, change, and risk linked to strategic pillars
- Communicate project controls health to leadership and partners
- Manage project controls tooling, process improvements, and AI strategy initiatives
- Serve as primary contact for cross-functional peers on project controls questions
- Provide training and mentorship to Project Controls members
- Travel approximately 25%
