Job summary

Danfoss Power Solutions in Ames, IA, is seeking a Global Product Management Leader for Data Center products. You will define and execute growth strategies, lead a global team of regional Product Managers, and align with sales, engineering, and marketing to deliver portfolio enhancements.

The role focuses on identifying market trends, planning New Product Development, and expanding into new markets within the data center cooling segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field as listed.
• 2 years experience in engineering, sales, or product management.
• 18 months experience in product development.
• 1 year experience with off-highway vehicles.
• 6 months experience with autonomous vehicles and hardware development.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy for the data center product portfolio globally.
• Lead a team of regional Product Managers and align with regional customers while maintaining global alignment.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product line strategies and investment priorities.
• Drive product line extensions and portfolio enhancements for global data center requirements.
