Ladders is seeking a Regional OFCI Sr. Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain execution for mission-critical data center construction programs in a remote-capable role.

You will manage procurement, delivery, and alignment with project requirements while balancing cost, quality, and timing on a global scale. The position offers remote work with a compensation range of $160,000 - $190,000 annually and bonus eligibility based on performance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in construction or data center environments.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes for mechanical, electrical, and power systems.
• Proven track record of managing projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with capital supply chain management in mission-critical settings.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute the owner-furnished, contractor-installed equipment program.
• Procure critical mechanical, electrical, and power systems for data center construction.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of equipment to global construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to align supply chain strategies with project goals.
• Monitor and manage project schedules, costs, and design specifications.
