Qualifications

5+ years of program, project or product management experience.
2+ years of related industry experience.
8+ years of high‑volume manufacturing operations or sourcing experience.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience in global supply chain management and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage global supply chain strategies for power and cooling data center equipment.
Create scalable operational processes post-delivery and manage defect readiness.
Audit suppliers' commissioning and on-site support to unblock capacity.
Drive data-driven supplier performance management.
Develop supplier capacity modeling for equipment and on-site resourcing.
Analyze industry trends to identify supply base opportunities.
Manage cross-functional projects to meet commitments.
