Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data center / infrastructure operations, including senior leadership.
• 10MW+ facility experience managing large-scale data center operations.
• Full-lifecycle experience from planning to steady-state for high-density AI compute environments.
• Strategic, cross-functional collaboration with engineering, finance, and leadership.
• Strong vendor relationships and colocation/leased-space management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full DC operations lifecycle across multiple sites.
• Set infrastructure operations strategy with clear OKRs/KPIs.
• Lead on-site team including site lead and technicians; manage incident response and uptime.
• Partner with Engineering, Network, and Capacity Planning on expansion and deployment schedules.
• Develop operational processes and vendor governance as the footprint scales.
