FUJIFILM Biotechnologies seeks a Global Lead for Data Center and Infrastructure Operations to own end-to-end site and data center operations across its global network. You will establish global standards, monitor SLAs, and drive reliability for manufacturing and enterprise systems.

The role requires 6+ years in IT/infra, 5+ in data centers, and 3+ in team leadership, with hands-on rack, cabling, and virtualization experience. This is a global, remote-position with broad scope.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of experience in Senior IT/Infrastructure roles.
• 5+ years in data center/physical infrastructure operations.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• Hands-on deployment experience: racking/stacking, structured cabling, power/cooling validation, turn-ups.
• Strong command of server, storage, network hardware and cabling standards.
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and hybrid/cloud integrations.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day global Data Center Operations across FUJIFILM Biotechnologies data centers, server rooms, and manufacturing sites, ensuring safety, uptime, and compliance.
• Establish and enforce global standards, SOPs, and best practices for DC layouts, cabling, and access controls.
• Define and monitor SLAs/OLAs; drive improvements via KPIs and post-incident reviews.
• Lead planning and execution of hardware installs and decommissioning.
• Govern structured cabling standards and coordinate with facilities on PDUs/UPS and environmental monitoring.
• Manage asset lifecycle, CMDB accuracy, and capacity forecasting.
• Oversee monitoring/observability, alerting, and dashboarding; participate in major incident response.
