Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or 2+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience in Data Center Engineering Operations with electrical and mechanical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for global infrastructure health and performance programs, prioritizing by risk, impact, and scale.
• Define performance indicators, data-quality standards, and thresholds for data center health.
• Drive programs across regions and org boundaries with cross-functional partners on priorities and metrics.
• Set technical requirements for tools to build, deploy, and scale monitoring and ML-driven insights.
• Extend program coverage to new equipment types and establish transitions to operational owners.
• Own lifecycle from risk identification to fleet-wide resolution and action closure.
