Job summary

Yondr Group seeks a Development Manager to drive site development from acquisition through delivery in a dynamic global context. You will coordinate with AMER teams including capital projects, asset management, and operations to ensure successful project outcomes.

Ideal candidates have data center or mission critical real estate experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to navigate zoning, permitting, procurement, and delivery. A proactive, risk-based mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in taking sites from acquisition to delivery.
• Strong background in data centers or mission critical real estate.
• Knowledge of planning/permitting processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Focus on supporting sites from acquisition to delivery with finance and operations teams.
• Coordinate and develop business plans for new developments.
• Work with JV partners to develop schemes from relationship to reality.
• Develop and deliver project and board level reports (monthly/quarterly).
• Support due diligence efforts on AMER portfolio projects.
• Monitor reporting of project success metrics to senior leadership.
