Job summary

Yondr Group is seeking a VP/SVP for Global Construction to spearhead the construction strategy and execution of hyperscale data center projects across the global portfolio. This role drives safety, quality, schedule and cost competitiveness while leading diverse teams across multiple concurrent projects.

You will lead global construction teams, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure delivery from inception through operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Data Center Construction at scale.
• Experience in building and managing global execution teams.
• Knowledge of global construction industry supply chain and contract norms.
• Strong leadership, cross-cultural management and stakeholder engagement.
• Track record of large-scale, cross-functional, capital projects.
• Solid cost/commercial understanding and impact on budgets and schedules.
• Proven risk mitigation, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative construction solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Construction delivery across multiple Data Center projects.
• Oversee pre-ops safety globally for Yondr group.
• Ensure alignment with project scope, schedule and budgets.
• Oversee site due diligence, acquisition and permitting globally.
• Direct utility execution from connection to energisation at site.
• Coordinate commissioning to meet stakeholder and customer requirements.
• Support global pipeline growth in line with the five-year plan.
• Collaborate with Design, Procurement and Cost/Commercial teams.
