Job summary

ITT Industries Holdings, Inc. in Stamford, CT is seeking an IT Enterprise Infrastructure Services Analyst to support hosted data center services, including administering Active Directory and EntraID across on‑prem and cloud environments.

A successful candidate will manage storage, virtualization, patching, automation, and disaster recovery for global data centers and remote sites, working with technologies such as SCVMM, SCCM, Azure IaaS/PaaS, and SolarWinds.

Qualifications

• College Degree in computer science, information sciences or related field, with 5 years of experience or 8+ years relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux Server operating systems.
• Proficiency with HyperV and VMware virtualization.
• Experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS.
• Automation and scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Excellent understanding of AD / EntraID and enterprise storage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage local, global, and cloud data centers objectives.
• Administer on‑prem and cloud platforms and maintain configurations.
• Provide ongoing technical support for on‑prem and cloud environments globally.
• Implement changes, upgrades, or removals of current systems.
• Develop automation for routine processes.
• Participate in disaster recovery testing and incident remediation.
• Draft operational documentation as requested.
• Support global backup and SolarWinds infrastructure.
