Job summary

Meta in the United States is seeking a Data Center Capacity Manager to lead the ENS Foundation capacity team across global data centers. You will own rack receipts, moves, and decommissioning while driving efficiency, reliability, and risk management at scale.

You will develop talent, set guardrails, and shape a high-performance organization that delivers capacity for Meta's AI infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role with strategic impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the capacity function across multiple sites in a geographical area
• Distribute the capacity workload based on projections, OKRs, and KPIs across skill-sets, people resources, and company priorities
• Work with FieldOps leaders and engineers to ensure on-time delivery with partners of rack SLAs, ensuring throughput objectives are met
• Manage stakeholder communications and represent the team in cross-functional leadership meetings
• Ensure standard Methods of Procedure, Runbooks, standard procedures and practices are consistently followed to achieve successful deployment metrics
• Build and sustain an effective global organization that can scale for the future
• Manage team of engineers responsible for ensuring stable compliant delivery of capacity, including monitoring KPIs, triaging incidents, root-cause analysis
• Attract top talent and fill gaps quickly to accommodate growth
• Structure teams and working groups to optimize for delivery of business outcomes
• Create and enforce Standard Operating Procedures, runbooks, provisioning workflows and acceptance criteria ensuring all processes adhere to Meta-wide best practices
• Travel 20% domestic and international
