Job summary

Amazon in Seattle is seeking a Program Manager to drive planning, coordination, and execution of data center cabling strategy across global infrastructure. This role blends tactical delivery with strategic program management, providing visibility into data centers, servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling systems worldwide.

You will influence optimization through data-driven planning, develop scalable workflows, and partner with leadership to surface critical decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field.

The AWS Infrastructure Services team is searching for a passionate and talented Program Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of data center cabling strategy and optimization across our global infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of tactical execution, strategic program management, and cross-functional leadership. This role influences how AWS optimizes its existing infrastructure cabling footprint through data-driven planning and disciplined execution. It is responsible for managing complex, multi-variable programs that span networking, infrastructure, and global decommissioning teams. It will be responsible for developing scalable workflows, process improvements, and reporting mechanisms that drive accountability and eliminate non-value-add activity. This role bridges project delivery teams, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders by driving execution plans and surfacing critical decisions at the right level. • Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
