Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks an experienced Architect to lead design across global data center projects. You will coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, drive architectural and structural decisions, and ensure scalable, standards-based solutions across regions.

The role requires a Master's degree (preferred), 10+ years in mission-critical design, and travel up to 10-15%. Colorado market context applies with a strong focus on efficiency and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• 10+ years of architectural design experience, preferably in mission-critical or high-performance buildings.
• Proficient in Revit; experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of codes, permitting process, cross-discipline coordination (Structural, Civil, MEP, Fire and Life Safety, Physical Security, Sustainability).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; capable of working in a fast-paced, global team environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cross-discipline coordination efforts and evaluate design concepts and option studies.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, New Site Development, Sustainability, Construction, Operations to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Coordinate with architectural counterparts in NA, EMEA, APAC for global product coordination.
• Support integration of sustainable strategies and building systems aligned with ESG goals.
• Prepare design presentations and contribute to reviews.
• Lead Architecture, Structural Engineering and Physical Security domains within the Data Center Engineering System.
