Job summary

REGENXBIO is seeking an Associate Director, Data & Information Architecture to design and drive the enterprise data architecture strategy that enables commercial growth. You will build and scale a secure data warehouse, integrate internal and third-party data, and partner with Commercial, Medical, Legal, and IT to deliver trusted analytics with clear lineage and privacy controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of database architecture/engineering or enterprise data experience preferred, with Oracle/SQL Server or equivalent.
• Experience designing and operating enterprise data warehouses and dimensional models for analytics.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT design, orchestration, metadata and BI semantic modeling skills.
• Experience integrating multiple data domains (CRM, marketing, payer, patient-support, claims).
• Understanding of ERP operations and Agile/Scrum or SDLC environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in fast-paced, multi-project settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data pipelines and scalable infrastructure.
• Define and maintain target commercial data architecture for sales, CRM, payer, and analytics.
• Own ERP data model and extract/integrate data from ERP functions (Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
• Lead design and operation of data warehouse with harmonized, conformed, semantic layers.
• Serve as design authority for commercial-data initiatives and governance forums.
• Translate priorities into quarterly roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure scalable, secure governance.
