You will shape data products, govern data assets, and partner with architecture and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions. A strong background in Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud platforms is required.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Data & Analytics leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale data/analytics solutions.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and translating priorities into tech solutions.
• Experience across Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, Data Governance.
• Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms and product-oriented delivery models.

• Establish and scale the Data Product delivery model across the business domain.
• Lead data engineering and platform excellence with a focus on quality, governance, and security.

• Identify value-driven AI/GenAI opportunities and align with legal, privacy, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Drive portfolio prioritization, demand management, and delivery alignment to business outcomes.
