Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Data Analytics, CS, IS, Statistics, Engineering)
• 4–6 years of experience in AI, data analytics, BI, data science, data engineering, or related field
• Experience in AI‑driven data analysis, data visualization, data modeling, and data management best practices
• Proficiency with analytical methods, statistical techniques, and data analysis tools
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with attention to detail
• Project management experience: planning, prioritization, and delivery of data‑driven initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers
• Oversee daily team operations, resource allocation, and project execution
• Support development and implementation of data analytics strategies and digital transformation initiatives
• Partner with leaders and vendors to identify opportunities and drive data‑driven solutions
• Manage planning and execution of data projects, including milestones and risks
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support decisions
• Uphold data governance, quality, security, and enterprise data management
